About Science of Fitness
Built around the body.
Driven by science.
Focused on results.
Science of Fitness was created to offer more than a standard workout. Our approach combines training, movement assessment, recovery therapy and performance support to help every client move better, train smarter and build a stronger, more sustainable body.
Meet Reginald Stewart.
Reginald “Reggie” Stewart is the owner and founder of Science of Fitness. With over 20 years of experience in the fitness and bodywork industry, he has built a method that goes beyond traditional personal training.
His work brings together strength training, movement science, exercise therapy, fascial stretch therapy, myoskeletal alignment and clinical bodywork to create a more complete approach to human performance.
Reggie’s goal is simple: understand how the body moves, identify what is limiting it, and build a plan that helps each client move, recover and perform with more confidence.

Our Method
The Total Body Experience.
The Total Body Experience is the foundation of Science of Fitness. It is a hybrid training system designed to look at the body as a whole — not just one muscle, one injury or one goal.
Every program is built around the client’s individual needs, combining training, recovery, mobility, postural work and body assessment to support long-term performance and better movement.
Assessment
We start by understanding how your body moves, compensates and performs.
Training
We build strength, control and resilience through focused, individualized training.
Recovery
We use recovery-focused modalities to improve mobility, reduce tension and support long-term progress.
Performance
We help athletes, riders and active adults train with more purpose and better body awareness.
