Elizabeth found her passion to become a physical therapist while attending Park Vista High school medical program and interning at JFK hospital. Elizabeth’s perseverance and dedication lead to receiving her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion in 2016 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of St. Augustine in Coral Gables, FL. During her experience as a PT student, she worked in outpatient orthopedic clinics specializing in manual techniques and sports rehabilitation as well as outpatient neurological/vestibular clinics specializing in neurological pathologies such as stroke, Parkinson’s and TBI. Elizabeth enjoys prescribing evidence based treatments that are tailored to viewing the body as a whole, treating the cause and not just the body part of concern. Elizabeth’s treatment sessions involve movement analysis and functional reassessments to provide salient treatments and to reach patient centered goals.

Christopher Escamilla is an accomplished martial artist with over 20 years of experience in Judo, Wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He holds gold titles from local, state, national, and the world circuit. Switching to the sport of Powerlifting, he studied movement analysis, and programming to optimize the best step to improve strength, power, and technique. Chris enjoys the complexities of the the human body and sought certifications to help clients improve on their mobility and flexibility. He has a masters degree in Sports Science & Rehabilitation, a level 3 Fascial Stretch Therapy Specialist, and other body work certifications and modalities. Chris has helped athletes and Joes improve on their performance and everyday lifestyle. His belief to better training and overall wellness is to optimize mobility, range of motion, and flexibility.
