Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is conducted in one-on-one private sessions with Nancy. Drawing on yoga practices from a variety of styles, she will construct a personalized class to help you achieve your health goals. Yoga Therapy may include yoga poses and stretches, breathing exercises, and/or meditation, depending on your needs. Nancy has experience working with and improving the lives of students with a diverse range of conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Anxiety and Depression
  • Arthritis
  • Asthma, COPD, and Emphysema
  • Back and Neck Pain
  • GERD and Acid Reflux
  • Osteoporosis and Osteopenia

A session generally runs 60-75 minutes. First appointment is 90 minutes (at standard rate of $100/session) with a 30 minute evaluation and discussion of goals, then one hour session.

Private Yoga Lessons

Are you looking for assistance with your yoga practice? Whether you want to learn the basics, perfect your alignment, or reach new heights in your arm balance or inversion practice, private yoga lessons are an excellent way to deepen your understanding of yoga. Lessons on pranayama and meditation are available as well—let us know what your goals are, and one of our skilled yoga instructors will help you reach them.

We offer several packages:

  • $100 60-75 minute session
  • $270 3-session pack
  • $900 12-session pack
